lunch run at TL. did 2x 7mile loops and addl mile and change. really hot but never had issue of overheating and heavy breathing. hammys did get a little tender near end. took in 4 salt tabs, 2 gels, and lots of water. run inc about 5min of water stops. run really came ez today so thrilled with the results.

I saw a pit bull on the town lake trail today that had chased a squirrel up a tree and the dog was about 10ft up in the tree as well stuck on a branch barking at the squirrel. the owner was on the phone calling for help. now thats what you get for not putting your dog on a leash!

pool guy was cleaning the pool around me this morning which killed my flow a few times. he also dumped a bucket of chemicals while i was doing my 1k which was nice of him. felt rough this morning w/ a headache and soreness from weights last night. not my best effort and not happy with the 1000 as i wanted a 30sec N/S.
