rest day. need to baby my sore muscles and burnt skin.

swim went well. sighted and draft ok. got into a smooth rhythm that worked well.

plan was to really push the bike and that i feel i did. too bad the others around me were killing it as well.

run had its ups and downs. goal was to hit the bike really hard and see how the legs responded. it took half the run to get them going. had some GI issues that also caused some problems but finished strong.

race went really well. goal was 4:20 and finished 4:22 which was good for 13th out 638 overall and 6th out of 18 in the elite wave.

skipped a morning run for extra rest. will travel most thie day so not workouts scheduled at lunch or evening. Cleveland aint the place for me so i am so looking forward to getting home.
