I'm not really trusting my ankle right now. What the heck did I do to it? Stupid small joints. Anyway, I have a ton of chores to get done before work, so I'm going to do my run tonight when I get home. That will give me all day to test my ankle at work, and we'll see what happens.
Holy crap I think my fridge is busted! I came home from work and my whole house smells like bad cheese, and there's a small stream on my kitchen floor. I hate being a homeowner for this very reason. Going to get Brian to take a look at it, fulfilling his stereotypical husbandly duties.

Perfect weather, what a great way to start the month. Didn't eat breakfast before the run, felt a little woozy with .3 to go.
Today was one of those days where running makes sense. I felt so good. A little woozy at the very end, because I didn't eat, but still, such a good run. I feel better now than I did before I ran. I love that. Today should be a good day.
I'm hoping to get either a call or email from the registrar's office today. I faxed the wrong re-enrollment form on Friday, and then faxed the right one and a note of explanation on Sunday. They start evaluating forms for re-enrollment in October. And it is October, so I'm ready.

Haven't had to work a weekend yet this month...I forgot how hard the mornings are. An hour of some kind of exercise tonight. Either on the trainer or a long walk, depending on how I feel.

GU Tri-berry 15 minutes before starting. My stomach held up pretty well. Maybe a little twinge right at the beginning, but then felt fine. Slight ache behind right knee.
Perfect weather for my run! How often does that happen? Such a great day now because of that. 65 degrees, sun was setting, a tiny bit of breeze, and everything felt effortless.
