AM ride:11 miles First ride after CDA. Everything was sore for the first two miles. Went slow. Bike still has sticky parts from ZippFizz volcano.
PM ride: Went out for Almost 13 miles on Samish road loop. Feet and crotch felt better this afternoon than the morning. Weather is overcast and cool. Don't think it hit even 70degrees.
