Early morning one lap around Lake Padden. Left foot is still funny feeling in the ball of the foot. Right is a little less a problem. Have had it since IMCDA. No pain but strange sensation.

OWS at Lake Padden. Forgot my watch but I did 2 large triangle laps and a short one. Had some nice long pulls of non stop swimming. No walls to push off.
Some Ukranian Church group was doing a confirmation/baptismal at the swim area. Kinda neat swimming to religous chanting and singing....although it was in Ukranian or something like that.

Early morning run around Lake Padden. Actually ran the second lap as a negative split. Felt strong, but left foot was creaky sore.

Going back to work after my afternoon nap after bagging the bike ride.  Had the awful feeling of training burnout.  Maybe it's the gray drizzly July weather we have right now.  A week to go before a HIM and I'm feeling blah.

July 12

Rainy cruddy day in July.  Had to have my bi-annual CDL physical.  Everything checked out ok..Tried to talk to the doctor about how I just did an Ironman.  Think it went over her head....So I just shut up.

No Training was accomplished.
