Felt good, not great shape. But enjoyed the exertion.

Did some walking with dogs before hitting the track. Ran a half, walk a lap and ran one more half. Finished up with some more walking. Plus some running in the grass fields.

Really nice day and I felt really out of shape in the legs.

Monday, I felt really blah/ack/blah and just layed around at home.  did a short dog walk.  Felt quesy but not bad enough to puke.  In the evening felt better.

So yesterday all was fine and I went to work and did well, no problems.  After work and I was getting ready to leave our dispatch area, a supervisor got a hold of me and I had to talk to HR.   

The Walkin medical center where we do our DOT physicals had called and said they would not approve my new physical until I got more information about my chemo.  I guess they didn't like my Oncologist note on the notepad sheet.    So I'm back on sick leave/fmla  .   Still have 300+ hours to burn...which I don't really want to do.

So today I will drive around an burn gas trying to track down doctors and figure out what Has to be done.

So now I've finished two episodes of chemotherapy.   The Friday to Sunday days are tied up because of the pump and hanging out at the hospital.  Monday seems to be a burned out day of recovery and Tuesday was ok, but   I ate too much in the afternoon after work and it caused problems with my rear end.   I need to NOT gorge myself.  Even if the stuff is tasty.  

Everybody was happy to see me at work, said I had good color and loss of weight.  Got tired of telling the story of over and over again.  Glad I kept my mouth shut on t he grosser stuff.

Sometime today I have to get back to work for a 2 hour all employee meeting.  ( two hours off of sick leave)  dealing with the DOT physicals and other stuff I guess.

Keep telling myself that I need to start doing upperbody exercises.  Also need to check on crunches and see if the abdomen is ok.  Need to take advantage of the extra time off........
