plus 4 loops of the lower trail running it. Figure it was comparable to 400m.

Felt good, not great shape. But enjoyed the exertion.

Did some walking with dogs before hitting the track. Ran a half, walk a lap and ran one more half. Finished up with some more walking. Plus some running in the grass fields.

Really nice day and I felt really out of shape in the legs.
