Got my bikes out of the garage and rode them up and down my street.

Felt lots better today.  Monday and Tuesday after the weekend of getting 46 hours of Folfox left me pretty blahed out.  Taste buds are so screwed up.  Everything has a bitter taste.  Also have so much sensitivity to cold,  in my hands, throat, lips.    

Also started a new schedule at work.  Back to a split shift.   Which has turned out to be very easy .  Use to love these shifts for the opportunity to train in the middle of the day.  And even get a nap in before going back to work....Wow those were the days.  Now I just eat some bland food and take a nap.

Keep on seeing alot of bikes on the road, weather is slowly warming up.  

Weight is still staying consistent.  Sort of.    I've been alcohol free since 27 March.   Which is good.   Should get some exercising done later this week.
