For the past year, since I first took lessons at LTF, I have wanted to learn flip turns. I watched a few videos of how to do them and I decided that after today's workout, I'd go to the rec pool to try the flippy part. Dizzy! I'm sure that the very warm water didn't help but major vertigo. Yikes!
