OMV. AQUABIKE (route was Good Ol' Tri-County Sprints)

Ride started out fine. Then we got maybe 20 minutes out and heard a thunder clap. I continue riding out figuring I'd turn at the second thunder. The direction we were riding was away from the storm cell. The second thunder clap came about 10 minute later and the sky opened up. The rain was stinging me and it became difficult to see. I turned around and headed back. When I was almost back home, the sky cleared. I had another hour of daylight so I headed out on a one hour loop. About 15 minutes into the loop, it started to rain again but not as bad and without the thunder/lightning. I figured wet is wet so I kept on going.
