Today's focus was breathing. I tried a few different breathing patterns and settled on two breaths switch sides two breaths. I did that for sets 2-5. Set 1 was partly true bilateral breathing and set 6 was all on the left side. Breathing all on the left side is by far the most comfortable for me right now.
