Easy easy post race spin on the spin bike at the gym.

It seems totally unreal. I'm back at work today and I'm still like, really? Did that really happen? Did I really do that? Then I try to walk up steps and I'm pretty sure that it did, in fact, happen.


No formal training this week.  Up to 40 minutes of spinning and lots of walking and stretching on the agenda.

I signed up for the Celebration Cruise for two reasons -- to prolong the experience of my first iron distance race and because they served breakfast!  I was truly shocked when they called my name and the first thing that I thought was that there had been a mistake.  But that was my finishing time.  Me?  Really?

Swam the last 800 yards of the B2B course with Ron and Alex. Kevin safety boated for us. I swam without wetsuit and was fine after the initial 10 strokes or so. Water had some chop due to wind. Sighting in chop more difficult due to spray.
