I swam at the TAC today.  My regular gym is closed for renovations this week.  On the one hand, the gym being closed is a PitA.  On the other hand, I really don't want it to become a run down mess either so keeping it up is a good thing -- and it gives me the opportunity to explore some other options.

Hills worth mentioning on Ashe (bridge over tracks), general uphill on Boylan, hill on Glenwood approaching Peace, at Clark and Oberlan and again on Clark near Brooks. General uphill on Brooks, hill over tracks on Gorman (return trip) but then nice general downhill after the Arby's on Hillsborough to the finish. Large crown on road on Peace so keep to the middle of the road.

Still have not heard back from insurance.  Went ahead and ordered the bike that I want.  It should be in on about December 1.  I'll deal with the wheels after the insurance situation is worked out.

Finally saw the sun today!  The last time we had sun was on Friday.  It's very unusual for us to have that much cloud cover for that long.  The wind situation has improved a lot too.
