Easy spin. Recovery week continues.

I got to class 15 minutes later than normal. Class starts at 5:30. I got there in time to start my workout at 5:15 (I wanted to be with people and figured I'd take the first half of the class) and I entered the room just before 5:10. No bikes. None. All were full. ARG! I went to the weight area and used one of the spin bikes there and jammed to my own tunes in the iPod Shuffle.

It was good to get into the pool this morning.  My quads are still a bit stiff and stairs are someone ouchy.  I have a sports massage scheduled for this evening and hopefully that will help. 


Sports massage update:  Jill said that my legs were in really good shape -- not just good shape for two days post marathon but just good shape in general.  The shoulders and traps, not so much.
