Normally I go to indoor cycling at one of the local bike shops on Thursday evenings but we have tickets the the Hurricanes game tonight so it was spin class with Angi instead. Class was much much less crazy that yesterday! I arrived at the same time as yesterday and the lights weren't on yet. Coach has me spin 15 minutes extra as we build up ye ole bike base for spring rides.

Spin class with Double D.

Good class but it's getting really ridiculous getting a bike for it. Class starts at 5:30. I get there in time to start riding at 5 when I have a brick workout like today. I got to the spin room at 4:50 and Almost All the Bikes Were Taken. There are 54 bikes. I will be so glad when I can start riding outside on weekends (just two more weeks!).

Short run off the bike.

I know that the distance is probably not correct but when I run outside, I'm in the 98-99% accuracy range with the footpod (as compared with GPS). Different stride on the treadmill? I'm really way way faster than I think that I am? So... whatever.
