Spin class with Double D. Yes, the room was overflowing again. Yes, I am really really glad that if all goes well weather-wise, I will be on spin class hiatus after this week. I'm looking forward to taking it outside! Woo hoo!

It was definitely cold this morning! I let Emma out for her morning constitutional while I got on my running gear. 5 miles is more than I usually run with her so I did not plan to take her. Good thing since she ran upstairs to the bedroom as soon as I let her in. Apparently she wanted my nice, warm spot on the Big Bed this morning!
