The updated forecast for Myrtle Beach this weekend is for a the temperature to be about 40 at the start and 50 at the finish.  Mostly sunny but pretty windy (10-15 mph) from the NNW.   The course is more east-west than north south so I think that it will be OK in terms of headwind.  I guess that I will run in capris and a LS T.  Unsure if I will wear a vest or not.  A "real feel" of 46...  Waivering.

Confession time.  I have started doing FlyLady again.  They changed their mail server which I as apparently on Announce or something.  Anyway, I started getting their emails again and I'm with the program.  Not that my house is a shambles or anything but the "shine your sink" and the 15 minutes a day thing resonates with me. I skip the parts that are DH's responsibility Wink
