5:30am Hot Yoga.

The plan was to swim right after yoga but I was starving in class. I could see no way getting through a swim session. Home to eat and plan to head to the Y later with the girls............. Yay! I actually got to the pool. The goal this week is to make all my workouts and when I saw rain in th forecast for Wednesday and Thursday I knew I had to work it in.

Woke to pouring rain........ 10-12 Selling Girl Scout cookies in the rain in front of Lowes........ 12:20 Volleyball team pics........ 1:00-1:45 Volleyball game, we won 2 of 3! ........ 2:00-6:00 Work at Tru Tri......... Then pick up dinner and family time. The run didn't happen.
