Went to bed last night with a headache and woke up with a migraine. It was so bad it actually woke me up throughout the night. Needless to say yoga and swim did not happen today.

What did happen today was the grand opening of TruTri sports! Thankfully I felt better by lunch and worked until 8:00. It was awesome to have the store open to friends and family.
