Coles run with Trisha, finally did the. D cup.
Ok, this was hard because I am sick. I originally wanted to go further but was really weak. This may not have been the smartest thing but was a good mental test. If I can do 4 miles feeling *this* shitty Eastside should be pretty easy.

Not what I was hoping for but it is a full 5 miles longer than Eastside so I am hoping for more speed there.
BRICK - Tried to go hard on the bike to simulate race day for Eastside. My goal for the run was 11:3anything so I am happy with this run. I had to stay in my head and in the moment. Did not look at my pace until 1.35 at the time I was going 12:00 and my average was 11:47 I think so I pushed for negative. Had Ken's Garmin, mine would not work AGAIN so the one mile splits are: 11:43,11:28.
There are aches and pains but I can run through them.
