CC with Rachel. This was going to be longer but my Garmin was dead for no reason, I was up half the night and had tummy issues this morning.
The run wasn't horrible but my body started falling apart around 4 miles. Both knees &
Shin splint on left ankle buggin pretty bad :(

With coop planning and work my hope was to get on the trainer when I got home but my right knee has been tweaky all day (Karhu's?) so I let it go. The pool would have been nice though.
