Warm up run before CrossFit
It was nifty fifty day but because it was our first time we did 25 except 75 on jump rope.
Box step ups, jump rope, Burpees, kb's, bar press, back extensions, walking lunges, chin jumps, knees to elbows, wall balls. Got it all done in just under 35 minutes.
