So this is a new concept for. I ran hill sprints for 30 minutes with approximately 1:30-2:00 min in between. I figure I can count this for atleast 3 miles ( 1 per 10 min) even tho I didn't cover that much distance. I am very sore the day after and would never be after just 5k
