Great run, weather in the low 60s. Even though this is perfect for running part of me wants it to be a bit warmer so that I can go ahead and get adapted to warmer temps. But I'm sure that the warmer weather will come sooner than later and I'll be moving these evening runs to before the sun rises.

These runs are so much better when I don't have to do them on the treadmill at 9p.m. This wasn't easy, but I didn't make it easy either. I felt slow even though my pace was pretty decent, so I pushed a little harder. Probably more than I needed to since I'm coming off a race two days ago.
