Short final run before Saturday. The left shin was pretty tender beforehand but as I got into the run it seemed to loosen itself out and I was able to run with it fairly easily. I probably didn't run long enough to get my IT Band to flare up, not that I wanted it to, so I still have no idea if it's been rested sufficiently. Just more wait and see.
