Finally a free weekend, plus nice weather for me to get out and ride my bike, outside! It was my first outdoor ride since Sept 13th and it was evident my bike fitness has diminished. Good winds out there too, half my ride was into a headwind, strong enough to make my down hill rides still make you feel like you were riding uphill. The last mile or two I pretty much coasted home, I was tired of battling the exhausting head wind.

Despite my continued knee pain I went out for an anticipated run. If my knee would allow me I would have run farther. I held a very strong pace (maybe too fast), but after mile two my knee again began to hurt. I had to stop a few times on the later half of the run because of the pain. Begrudgingly I might have to not run on it this week in hopes to heal it.

Decent swim tonight. My shoulders would start to load up in the middle of my swims which in turn hurt my technique, particularly towards the end of my workout.
