My chest cold is still hanging around this morning, but not as bad. However, now I just feel more run down than anything. Depending on how I feel at the end of the day I may or may not choose to get my swim in this evening.

I was working with a newly formed chest cold today, so I had a bit of phlegm problem going on. Not sure it affected me as I went sub 7 minute mile splits on the final three miles. I don't know the last time I've ever completed such a feat in any sort of training run. It was mostly unintentional as I kinda zoned out while thinking about all the new stress work has presented this week.

We're having some washing machine maintenance done this morning. They gave me an 8 to 12 appointment window so I got on the trainer to pass the time in case they showed up in the later half of that time frame. Might as well be productive, right? He showed up early so I barely got in 15 min, but I don't mind prompt service so no big deal. Off to work and I'll finish up later tonight.
