A now rare Tuesday morning swim. There were actually open lanes this morning, and not occupied by a gym training group. My arms felt smooth and fluid through the water. Felt effortless. My lower back felt outta whack though - I think I slept funny last night. I think this caused my flipturns to be not so crisp and thus my exit off the wall to be slow - hence some slightly slower per 100 split times.

An OK run, although for these last few runs I've been feeling a little run down. Could be part cumulative fatigue, part temperature change. Would it be blasphemous of me to say I miss my 30-40 degree running temps?
As with my run earlier, I wasn't feeling particularly strong for this, but I managed to still eek out a few yards in the pool. I'm not in any way concerned, but my strongest discipline, swimming, feels like my weakest link at the moment.
