Skipped out of wok early to fit this in. I felt great in the water, unfortunately I couldn't stay longer. I was set to meet my parents in Lawrence for dinner who drove into town for the weekend.

The skies were kind enough to quit raining for me. Although it did start lightly raining for my final three miles home. No big deal though. A much better run than previous runs. I was much more focused on what I was eating today and I think that helped. Sometimes I don't put enough thought or effort into making sure I'm getting both quality and a sufficient amount of fuel in my body.

An OK run, although for these last few runs I've been feeling a little run down. Could be part cumulative fatigue, part temperature change. Would it be blasphemous of me to say I miss my 30-40 degree running temps?
As with my run earlier, I wasn't feeling particularly strong for this, but I managed to still eek out a few yards in the pool. I'm not in any way concerned, but my strongest discipline, swimming, feels like my weakest link at the moment.

Great day for a run. Running on tired legs and it showed. A few times I had to stop and rest. I wasn't aerobically tired, but my legs just needed the rest. I didn't help myself with my pace. It would be nice if I could control it more and slow down.
