I was planning on swimming after work but I completely spaced out and forgot to bring my swim stuff with me in the morning before. We'll try again tomorrow.

I got a started a little later than I had planned because of some other things we had going on tonight, but because of it the high wind and temperatures had come down a bit by the time I started. Didn't feel great or bad. I'm not quite feeling like bumping up the mileage beyond 4 yet.

I've been completely and utterly exhausted lately, but I really wanted to run today just to see how I felt in general despite choosing to run during a pretty warm part of the day. Nothing fancy here just an out and back. For the most part I felt decent though I can still feel some lingering exhaustion. I'm having a harder time bouncing back from last weeks half than I have in the past.
