Did this route before work.  Only had time to do the hill X1.  Need to get out of the house earlier.  Had to stop 3 times to rest.  My goal next time is to only rest twice.   Did a little stretching at the top of the hill.

been feeling chronic fatigue!  My god each foot must weigh 100 pounds.  Had to have coffee today.  It's been 3 weeks sans coffee.  My heart doesn't race but I can not motivate myself to do anything productive.   Its a beautiful day today and I wish I didn't have to work so I could take this coffee energy and go play!
