Went back to Nantasket.  High tide - meditated on seawall for 20 minutes.  Biked the route - strong winds ofton bringing the mph down to 11.  Ran  half a mile just to test the archilles.  little sore.  Unable to swim - surf to gnarly.

continue to feel fatigued.  Took today as Rest Day.  Eating and drinking tons!!!  Will go for PT tonight to hopefully get cleared to run!  OH Happy Day!!!!
