ran a little down the beach. Archilles a little sore

Went back to Nantasket.  High tide - meditated on seawall for 20 minutes.  Biked the route - strong winds ofton bringing the mph down to 11.  Ran  half a mile just to test the archilles.  little sore.  Unable to swim - surf to gnarly.

ran with PT tonight. Felt achy but good. They don't want me to run again until Friday

continue to feel fatigued.  Took today as Rest Day.  Eating and drinking tons!!!  Will go for PT tonight to hopefully get cleared to run!  OH Happy Day!!!!
