feeling better today but have no time to work out...ugh!  Michael went and got a stress echocardiogram done whcih took a few hours....then lunch...the the hairdresser...then downstairs to change the dressing for my mom in laws wound.....then cook dinner....I'm ALL done!   Tomorrow will be a better day
