WU: 300EZ, 4x50 kick, 4x50 drill/swim, 100 DPS, 100 as 50S/50H (all rest 10")
MS: 3x300 as 1st E, 2nd S, 3rd M all (R:15)
CD: 4x50 golf
At some point Jorge is gonna keep increasing both these workouts and I wont be able to do both in the morning before work....... So I joined the run club at my gym. Hope that helps motivate me after work!
