Short trainer ride in the evening. The guilt from pizza for dinner forced me onto the trainer, but I just hate the trainer so much it didn't last long.
Well, since the Packers were getting crushed, there was no point in wasting the beautiful afternoon in front of the tv. So out for a run I went. (I did listen to the end of that sad game as I ran, though.)
