Lunch swim today. It's my swimming pal's last day at work today. Now who's going to drag me to the pool at lunch time??

Outside run. I'm going by what the Garmin said, but I highly doubt I was really that slow. It's very overcast and it was having trouble keeping a signal going. I'll have to drive the distance later and see how far it really was.

The sucky part is that I had to walk the last half mile home because of the IT band. *SOB* There's just no denying it's all inflamed again. :( As I type this, I sit here with an ice pack on it, having just popped two advil.

I'm trying to muster the energy to go and swim at lunch since I didn't swim yesterday. I'm having a very hard time of it, though.

Work has imploded; there's not going to be any swimming going on today. Probably no workout at all, actually. I'm due for a yellow square anyway.

Treadmill run after trainer. Can't really be called a brick due to the 15 minute drive from my house to the Y that occurred between the bike and run

I felt very tired during this run.

Another nice day gave me hope of an outside bike/run brick. Alas, the skies opened up just as I stepped off the bus and walked to my car after work. Rats.

Yeah, it would have been a crime have not ridden outside this evening.Lovely ride! As always in the spring in MN, it was fairly windy, but it was still fantastic to be out in the sunny 80 degree weather.

80 degress! In March! In Minnesota! Of course, we'll be back down near freezing again by the weekend, according to the forecast.

The plan calls for swimming today, but I'm fairly certain I won't be able to resist biking in this glorious weather. I'm not really in the mood for 6 x 500 anyway. :)

Treadmill run in the blazing inferno of the YMCA. It was nice here today and that place heated up like a sauna. Apparently none of the Sunday staff knows how to override the thermostat and turn on the A/C.
