Double-header softball again this weekend, but with the usual Church Ladies team this time. Won the first one by the 15-run rule in the 4th inning, but lost the second one in a good game, 12-15.

I played pretty darn well tonight, I have to say. First game I was 2 for 3 at the plate, and in the second game I was 3 for 4. And no aggregious fielding errors, so that's always good.

On base percentage (which is really what I have been tracking so far this season, as opposed to actual batting average) tonight: 5 for 7
OBP overall: 10 for 16 (0.625)

Another pathetic display of swimming, but it still counts.

Note to self: Trying to get any part of any lane in the outdoor 50m pool during the 6-7 a.m. hour is pointless. Don't bother. Apparently swim club gets 4 of the 6 lanes, and the other two were combined into one big lane that must have had at least 20 people in it. No thanks.

I swam in the indoor 25 yd pool, which was fine, but blazing HOT. Ick.
