Been having a ton of right hip pain lately. 
I thought it was my sciatic nerve, but now I think it's more in the actual joint. I'll be sititng there minging my own business, and than bam!-- a shooting pain through the hip. It is very unpleasant and I have no idea what to do about it.

So, I get home from work, change into biking clothes, throw some potatoes in the oven, throw some laundry in the washer, and head out to the garage to fetch the bike. Can at least get 35-40 mintues in before dinner. Helmet on, shoes one, grab tire pump and roll bike out to driveway. Back tire completely flat.
No tubes either, because I'm organized like that. 
Pump up tire to see what the deal is, and I can hear the air streaming out of it. 
So, no ride for me.
Then I went back inside and listened to my stomach growl due to the smell of the ribs in the crock pot while waiting for those stupid potatoes to bake.
(Yes, I had the option to run, but my stupid PF is acting up AGAIN.)
