Let's just call this whole week an extreme taper for the race on Saturday. Hah.

Started running. Felt the familiar pain of PF in the right heel and stopped immediately. No way am I aggravating that again.

Similar to the bike ride, I figured I'd best see if I can cover 3.1 miles before my race next weekend. :/ Apparently I can, but only very slowly.

This time is actually an estimate because my garmin battery died about 10 minutes in. So I extrapolated based on the data I had.

Close to the same route as last Saturday, again testing my ability to actually cover 17 miles at once. The wind was less favorable than last week so the pace is a bit slower, but got it done.
