Slept a lot better last night.

Running tonight... Strange went to run and it was thundering and lightning. Waited around for a hour and it never rained but lightning-ed a lot... Oh well it is now my rest day.
So while I am at it I signed up for another tri and THE GOOFY CHALLENGE... What am I thinking... Damn you Comet and Aaron...

Not sure what the deal is but I went to bed about 330 last night... So yes I am tired. I even got to work at 830 this morning. Parker is staying all night with a buddy tonight so I am going to try and get home by 530 so I can get in a long bike ride.

Another great bike ride, did intervals again... I got a lot closer to my HR goals today. Road outside and it was a great ride. my 5X HR splits are 160, 167, 166, 166, 170. I even avg 22mph on a few of the 5min spans...

I am enjoying riding, Just need to hit the track...

running or biking today, cant decide.
Damn what a hard work out.

Bike 1 ½ hours:
warm up 20 minutes.
do 5 x 5 minute HARD (HR 167-181) intervals with 5 minutes recovery between.

Here are my avg HR for the 5X 152, 151, 146, 154, 146. I could not keep it up any higher than that.
Cool down 20 minutes.

My coach is changing my schedule around to give me shorter more intense workouts... She said to make me faster, we will see.

1000 work on pull and finish stroke. All just arms with pull bouy between legs.
100 CD

Not sure what this means but my just arms and pull bouy was 5 seconds slower than my swimming with kick and arms.... that just doesnt seem right.

I worked on all arm technique today.
Work has been a bitch this week, I am ready for the weekend.
