Slept a lot better last night.
Running tonight... Strange went to run and it was thundering and lightning. Waited around for a hour and it never rained but lightning-ed a lot... Oh well it is now my rest day. So while I am at it I signed up for another tri and THE GOOFY CHALLENGE... What am I thinking... Damn you Comet and Aaron...
Not sure what the deal is but I went to bed about 330 last night... So yes I am tired. I even got to work at 830 this morning. Parker is staying all night with a buddy tonight so I am going to try and get home by 530 so I can get in a long bike ride.
Another great bike ride, did intervals again... I got a lot closer to my HR goals today. Road outside and it was a great ride. my 5X HR splits are 160, 167, 166, 166, 170. I even avg 22mph on a few of the 5min spans...
I am enjoying riding, Just need to hit the track...

Not sure what this means but my just arms and pull bouy was 5 seconds slower than my swimming with kick and arms.... that just doesnt seem right.
I worked on all arm technique today.Work has been a bitch this week, I am ready for the weekend.
