A new path

A swim lesson with a pro who lives/trains here. She was awesome and had my arms burning after 10 minutes. I found out what my problem is, now I can get better. My form was excellent she said, I am very comfortable in the water. I wasn't pulling through on my stroke-I was only using half power. Watch out...here I come! :)

Forgot to start my stopwatch! Don't know how long it took me. Haven't looked at my av. MPH either. Guess I just don't really care.
Went to Chattanooga to suprise my grandmother who was on an East Coast touring trip with friends. She was worried about the storm and my mom and all her other children who are riding it out. She loved the suprise and the distraction, so it made cutting my ride short worth it. I'm still not used to the fact that I can drive 2 hours in 3 different directions and be in different states (AL, TN, SC or NC). So wierd!

Good comfortable run. Taking the last 2 weeks off/easy made my run today feel so good!
So, after the spontaneous combustion of my workout yesterday, hopefully I can get back on track today. Run tonight after work.
Reached a mini-milestone today with my wardrobe. These awesome pants that I've kept for about 5 years now fit again! I kept them in the back of my closet with the hope of "one day again"!! Well, that day is today and I'm wearing them right now! Whooo hooo...

Today was my killer spin/run/spin workout. Had to miss because it is starting right now (6pm) and I'm still at work. :( NOT HAPPY.
More updates/rants tomorrow.

Plan was to do Yasso 800s. Made it through 2 sets before I felt extremely nauseous, so I stopped, and started hieving. Didn't want to puke at the track in front of people, so I kept it in and just walked for several minutes (I should have gone ahead though). Started jogging again, still was going to blow, so I just sat on the bleachers for a while. My body wouldn't stop shaking, I don't know what was wrong. I decided to go home, where I felt bad all evening. My friends convinced me later that drinking would make me feel better. Ri-ight.
