Also, despite my standing up all day at work (make it a point to use my standing desk and not sit), doing squats between patients, offering to help transfer patients to other floors...I still didn't hit 10k steps. Mind blowing considering I *RARELY* sit at work. Now, even those that workout, how little they actually move during the day is terrible for health.

Busy week with finals! Last one tonight, but it's my late class so I don't know what else I can get done today. Hopefully I can go get K a party shirt between work & class. If not, it'll be tomorrow after work which is way last minute since our flight is early Friday.
Got my hair cut last night. Short again! Eeeek. I had 2 glasses of wine while I was there and was *this close* to telling her to give me a very short cut. But I didn't. I told her what I was thinking and she said, "that's the wine talking, I'm not doing that to you yet. We'll go shorter gradually." Smart lady.

How does one log the hangover fog? Yesterday was rough. I cannot remember the last time I stayed up until 4AM (besides deployment). It has probably only been a couple times in my life. Great friends that I hardly ever see...one for the history books for this girl.
Sadly, back to the grind. It was such a fun weekend. So far, the only embarrassing evidence is me squatting Hollis. Yes, I know, eye roll, but it was a big milestone for me as I haven't squatted anything much more than a bar since I broke my leg. Glad I had the liquid courage to do it! All last year I had to work on ROM just to do bodyweight/air squats. So, happy dance!
