Cartersville, for some more intense training. Pushed hard the whole way. Good ride. Two stops to refuel.
2 mile brick. Felt better on this run than I did at the race yesterday. Still 'relatively' slow, but I also rode.. pretty hard.

officially gets logged as 1500, but was long by a lot. Most Garmin 910 watches had around 1.1 miles. Doesn't matter. I felt like shit the whole time.
Just could not get anything going at this race. Could not push like normal. Everything was a struggle. Bike included. Good course though.
Great run course, easy.. and yet my crappy race continued. Still had nothing to give. I was 16 seconds from pushing into a 50+ 10k. even in a race, I have not run over 50 in years.. years!
