6 x 800 at 3:23 on plan, 1:30 in-between sets.
I know, you're saying wait...those aren't 3:23. Well me too, after each one. It was a humid sauna and started downpouring after #1. all I can say is I was gassed after each 800, and really spent when all was said and done, and hobbled through a 12-minute cooldown. so, it is what it is.
Plan wanted 2 warmup, 3 at 7:35, 1 cooldown. Just ran this route hard but tolerable. Sweaty and windy out there.
