Slow easy run on treadmill. First run post marathon. Felt pretty good (especially after massage last night). Average HR was 152, probably a little higher then what it should have been for a recovery run. McMillian, Daniels and others say that based on my race results my recovery runs should be slower than 10:30/mile. That seems insanely slow.
