These are my official race stats from my Championchip. My Garmin gave me slightly different readings but I know I didn't start or stop it where the mats were so I'm going to go with Championchip. Not to mention, my minutes per mile pace, which is a PR by my Garmin is even better by their records so I'll go with it :-).

Look at that. Best pace, yet. I was feeling it in my chest and I couldn't figure out why my breathing seemed more difficult, but there you have it. I was bookin' by my standards.
I did a 3:1 jog:walk for the first, oh, 20. the last 10 was more evenly split.

Tomorrow I will be at Icer Air which will be a lot of walking and standing and crappy food eating. I hope I'll be ok for the race on Sunday!
