When you are a dog everything looks like a rabbit

No workout today. I was feeling a bit sore and defintely tired. I am still trying to shake this cold! The cold rainy weather didn't help.

I was tired the whole workout. It was cooler in the garage which was nice. The last overhead extentions took me to the limit. I should sleep well.

Only woke up once last night! I was a little sore this morning but it should limber up quickly. I am looking forward to cooler weather.

It was HOT! I had a good run. Batteries died on my MP# player 1/2 way through so went the last half listening the my cadence.

I will run tonight but skip swimming to give my cold a couple of more days to go away. I still a little stuffed and cough occasionally.

A little shin cramping early but then settled into a good pace. Sweat like a dog - most likely from coming off cold.

Thought an easy ride would be good coming off the cold. Sure coughed up chunks for a while - probably a good thing. Had about a 20 minute stretch where I felt real good. Dust and wind was hard on my allergies.

Still a little stuffed up and have had a couple of coughing spells but am feeling better. I might try a ride on the Luce Line (a flat rail bed trail) today.

Cold is starting to wane. I evaluate where I am at tomorrow in terms of resuming my workout schedule. If I continue to improve this one was pretty short lived.

I am still sick. I feel like I might be getting better but still am stuffed up and coughing. I will be off for at least two more days.
