Last racewalk clinic. I have improved in the past month. I have long way to go. I need to work on: hip rotation, arm position and action, and not flattening my feet so fast upon contact.

Longest ride of the season on the trainer! Right knee started out sore but loosened up (iced good afterwards) Kept a pretty steady cadence (starting in the low 80's finishing in the low 90's) Kept HR under 140 until the last 5 minutes. Max mph- 18.7
Horrible swim! I don't know if it is the slight cold, the being over worked at work, or something else but the swim today just sucked - BIG TIME. The positive side was I kept going when it would have been easy to quit and say it was an easy day.

Easy 30 minute ride keeping my HR under 130.
Shins were tight at first but loosened up after about the halfway mark. I did this run right after the bike so i was a little tired going in.

Decent ride. Followed the srtength training so I was a bit tired to start. Did a steady eddy ride. 18 mph max.
