Back to basics. Something has changed over the last 6 weeks in my form and its time to figure it out. I have ran in 4 different pairs of shoes all with the same sharp pain in my ankle when I finish. Tonight, ran in the Vibrams- ZERO ankle pain. Nothing. Obviously I am doing something different when I put shoes on, just have to figure it out. Very positive tonight though.

Every second of this sucked. Was all keyed up to ride outside but a thunderstorm rolled in right as I was leaving. Sucks.

Had to cut out the last 2x200 due to time.

Easy pace, but not an easy run. Stomach troubles. Add fish tacos to the list of things I should not eat an hour before a run.
Nice relaxed pace until the last 200, then picked it up a bit. This is probably the best pace I can expect at Kansas w/out a wetsuit.

Rode really well until about mile 48. Got hot, fell apart. Not an awful training ride though. Loved the route.
Nutrition - 6 Powergels, 3 bottles of water. Maybe need one more towards the end to fuel the start of the run.
Brick off the bike. Still cant pace right. Way too fast.
