F this weather.  I am so sick of this shit!  Took the day off to get a long ride in and as I am leaving the sun goes away and in roll the black clouds....again.  So frustrated.

Back to basics. Something has changed over the last 6 weeks in my form and its time to figure it out. I have ran in 4 different pairs of shoes all with the same sharp pain in my ankle when I finish. Tonight, ran in the Vibrams- ZERO ankle pain. Nothing. Obviously I am doing something different when I put shoes on, just have to figure it out. Very positive tonight though.

Prescription for the next two weeks- higher frequency, shorter duration, mostly natural running in the vibrams.
